Youth Camp

Camp Rules:

Dress

bullet
Females will wear only dresses or skirts, no pants including sleepwear
bullet
Skirts are to cover the knees when sitting - No splits in skirts above the knees
bullet
No Sleeveless tops or cap sleeves, sleeves should be that you can not see down them when arms are raised
bullet
Tops/shirts must meet skirts/pants when arms are raised
bullet
No low neck tops - No tight-fitting, revealing clothing
bullet
Males will wear long pants, no shorts including sleepwear
bullet
Pants are to be worn at the waist and not reveal undergarments
bullet
No makeup of any kind, including fingernail/toenail polish
bullet
No Jewelry except watches (Exception – for medical reasons)

Conduct

bullet
No kissing or hugging - 6” rule between boys and girls at all times
bullet
No cursing or swearing
bullet
No drinking, smoking, chewing, or dipping
bullet
No fighting, including wrestling and fighting for fun
bullet
No knives, guns, or other weapons permitted on campground  
bullet
No Skateboards
bullet
No leaving the campgrounds for any reason except emergency
bullet
Do not stand in chairs or on tables, or sit on tables, and no jumping on beds
bullet
Turn cell phones off during classes and services - cell phones off after lights out
bullet
Cannot leave classes or services without a counselor
bullet
Campers are to stay with teachers to and from scheduled classes
bullet
Stay off musical instruments
bullet
Campers are to sit as close to the front as possible in all services and classes
bullet
Respect the property - no writing on walls or bleachers, no walking on shrubs, no foreign objects in toilets, etc.

Dorms

bullet
No admittance of opposite sex into dorms for any reason
bullet
No Pictures will be made inside the dorms – no exceptions
bullet
Camper will be responsible for making his/her bed each morning and making sure all personal items are on or beside his/her bed
bullet
Dorms and bathrooms are to be cleaned and straightened daily
bullet
No food or drinks inside the dorms, including candy - bottled water is acceptable
bullet
One camper per bed, no bunking together
bullet
No moving of furniture in the dorms
bullet
No campers are to switch from assigned dorms
bullet
No campers allowed in Dorms at unscheduled times

Other

bullet
Only registered campers and staff allowed on premises during the day
bullet
No vehicles will be parked at the dorms, parking area will be assigned, and vehicles are to stay parked until end of camp
bullet
No lining up at mealtimes until permission is given
bullet
No ball playing in the gym except at activity time
bullet
Only basketball games in the gym, dodge ball and football are outside sports
bullet
No food or drinks in the gym - water fountain is provided
bullet
No stereos, CD players, or ipods without headphones
bullet
Lake Shore and Lodge are off Limits
bullet
No campers are to switch from assigned classes
bullet
After night services, all campers will remain in the area of: Pavilion, Playground, Cafeteria side porch, In front of concessions. All other areas are off limits.
